Safety Tinned Duplex Cable – Round
Ancor Tinned Duplex Cable features red and yellow Marine Grade conductors, that comply with ABYC standards, all housed in a white common jacket for easy removal. This design offers excellent abrasion resistance. These cables exceed UL 1426 standards and utilize ultra-flexible (Type 3/Class K) tinned copper, providing maximum protection against corrosion and electrolysis. The premium vinyl insulation withstands 600 volts, maintaining flexibility in extreme cold (-40 deg F/C) while resisting salt water, battery acid, oil, gasoline, heat, abrasion, and UV radiation.
In DC circuits, Safety Wire uses red for positive leads and yellow for negative leads, helping to prevent confusion with AC wires.
